Returns Policy

You can cancel your order and/or return goods under the following conditions:

1. 1. 1. You can cancel an order if it is not received within two weeks after Goods & Chattels has received the order.
      2. All goods attached to a cancelled order must be returned unopened in their original packaging
      3. Goods can be returned for replacement within two weeks, provided they are undamaged, and the original receipt is returned. Any excess costs associated with replacement goods must be paid for, any refunds applicable to replacement goods will be honoured by Goods & Chattels.
      4. Goods returned after two weeks but within one month, with original receipt will incur a 50% re-stocking fee.
      5. Any refund applies only to the items involved; freight costs are not considered to be part of the item costs.
      6. Returned goods will not be accepted under any other circumstances.

Confirmation Of Order

After order confirmation and order checkout out you will receive an email notification at your nominated email address detailing your purchase. If you have not provided us with a correct email address you will not receive any notification.

Delivery and Order Checking

We will attempt to despatch in stock items within 2-3 days of receiving an order, items not in stock may take 4-5 days. The delivery time of an order will depend on the items ordered.

You may view your order at any time by clicking on the link shown in the email notification, or, if you have registered, by accessing the website.

Pricing

Every endeavour is made to keep the pricing on the website up to date however all pricing is subject to change without notice. Where new pricing is indicated by suppliers for re-stocked products a transition period exists where we will sell at the cheaper price until older stock is used up, at which point new pricing will apply. Pricing and shipment costs for bulk purchases should be checked before purchase.

Pricing shown on the web site will depend on the user group. Retail customers (the default group) will see item price including GST. Trade customers will see an item price which is ExGST and includes a 10% discount, GST will be added if necessary at Checkout.

Limitations

In no event shall Goods & Chattels or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Goods & Chattels’ Internet site, even if Goods & Chattels or a Goods & Chattels authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata
